REQUIREMENTS

What you'll need

Driving outside KarnatakaYou may drive into Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You pay any permit fee or border tax the trip needs.
Fuel and tollsFuel and tolls are not included in the rental.
Minimum driver ageThe driver or rider must be at least 21.
DocumentsYour original Driving Licence, plus any one of Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID.
Security deposit refundRefunded on the spot after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
RefundsRefunds are processed within 48 hours. GST is not refunded.

Frequently asked questions

How and when is the security deposit returned?The security deposit will be refunded on the spot after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no pending charges, damages or other applicable deductions.
Why is availability confirmed on request rather than instant checkout?Availability is confirmed manually to ensure the selected vehicle is available for your requested date, time and rental duration.
What documents do I need to bring for pickup?Original Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory, along with any one of the following: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or Voter ID.
What is the fuel policy?The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If the fuel is less, additional charges will apply. Extra fuel will not be refunded or adjusted.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Rescheduling is free when requested in advance. Cancellation is free when requested more than 6 hours before pickup. Inside 6 hours, a cancellation charge may apply depending on the booking.
